Asthma is a terrible disease of the lungs and affect's so many people it's now a common condition.
Your doctor or nurse can easily supply you with written information about asthma. You may well have specific questions
about your own asthma or it's treatment and you should write these down so that you remember to ask your doctor or nurse when
you next see them.
Liverpool has a local branch of the national asthma campaign. They meet regularly and have supplies of leaflets and books.
You can become a member of the national asthma campaign and receive a quarterly magazine 'Asthma News'.
